I just ordered my second laptop from Dell. The screen came with a vertical line and they came to my site and replaced it right away.

The thing I really like about Dell is their website. You can log with your computers service tag and download the exact drivers that came with your computer. It makes it real easy if you ever re-format your drive, etc.

Dell makes the best computers. I have had 7 different Dells and have never had a problem with any of them. I have heard their support is great but I have never had to use them myself because my computers have worked flawlessly. I would recommend Dell to anyone who needs a new computer. www.dell.com
