Many players get banned in runescape daily,most of them may be really guilty, but there are people that get banned for somethings they have never done,like me!
I had an account on RS with high skills,high combat level,many valuable items and alot of money. I earned all through fair and honest game play over 2 years. One day I went went to a tough monster(the kalphite queen) with 2 partners and I got a valuable drop that I needed to share with them,so I gave one of them the drop in return of 1/3 of its price. The next day I got banned for 'Real World trading'! Just like that! What I did was:
1-Appealed the 'offence' fully explaining the issue----->denied
2-used the last chance appeal---->denied and I was PERMANENTLY banned from playing
3-sent them countless messages telling them that they were making a big mistake---->no use..then Jagex entirely removed the option to send them messages!
So I paid that company over a hundred US dollars and I actually didn't have any kind of conumer rights and even no place to complaing or vent my anger except a place like this site...
